• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic Orders --- Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local FedEx and USPS services.

  International Orders --- Shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks for deliveries outside of the U.S.

• How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

  Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.

  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

• What if the product is damaged in the mail?

  We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery date, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
